We received a notice today regarding your complaint to the Revdex.com on your return of the Powerswatch solar chargerI was not aware of this situation until now and I apologize for the delay in processing the return for refund

the first charger on August and you reported it as defective, so we sent another charger on August We received the first unit back did a "net" credit to cancel the replacement shipment invoice, and we have now received the second charger back as defectiveWe are issuing a credit memo at this time as well as full refund to your credit card

This customer attempted to place an order from Hawaii with our company in California and sales tax appeared in the online cart, which it should not have. We were not aware until now that some 96700 series zip codes from Hawaii were in our file as being in California, which caused the system to quote...

sales tax on orders from those zip codes. When orders are invoiced, the system would have seen "Hawaii" as the state and would not have charged tax on this order. We have corrected the file in our system so that tax will not appear (in error) on any online carts from the 96700 zip codes. I am contacting our customer directly to explain what happened and to apologize for the inconvenience.
