This customer [redacted] sent us some parts, to which we were instructed to modify and send backThis is what we do, we take the clutch from an ATV and UTV and we machine them and modify them for more power and performanceIn this customers case, he bought the machine used and the clutch was messed upWe discussed over the phone what he issues were and what the problems were likely caused from and we also discussed the fixWhen he shipped his parts in, we did tell him 1.5-week turn around because that is our turn around process on parts like he hadWhen his box comes in the door, just like all the others they get a date put on them and they get pushed down the lineAs we build and machine and repair clutches we ship them and move on to the next box in the lineOnce we got to his parts around a week and a half after having them we opened them up and realized he needed more parts we had to order them and play the waiting gameWe did talk with this customer numerous times during this period, he was extremely upset about the wait and that is understandableHe decided to drive down and pick up his items and we were still waiting on his parts to arriveI paid for a hotel and put him up in a hotel while we waited and finally received his parts in on Fed-exHe took his parts and went home friday 04-07-I have not heard from him since other than asking for me to email him the receipt which we did the following day.? ? ?

Mrs Linda, We are a business that specializes in custom machine work to make race machines faster and run strongerWe unfortunately had a large influx of orders and shipments seemingly all at once, and we did get a bit behindWe have received a few complaints and unfortunately are a bit behind on ordersI have been trying to get customers parts out as fast as possible and in order to do that I have unfortunately had to stay busy working on machines and parts and have not been able to answer every phone callMr [redacted] parts were completed and shipped last week, he already has them per tracking info

this customer was unruly, impatient, apparently on a time crunch that I was not notified before handthe work was preformed and the unit was sent back two weeks agothis customer was a [redacted] *** and plastered all over social media [redacted] *** about his $partthis world has a bunch of [redacted] and its hard for a custom shop to do custom work and do it within the schedules of everyone all around the worldthis customers parts worked fine and he appeared happy afterwards but I didnt get any thank you's nor did he remove all the slander from the forums and social mediahe is just a *** kid who wanted to cry onlineyou can add as many deductions to my account as you see fit but honestly I already told this customer I dont care about him or his work I wish he had never sent it to me in the first place
