Dear Revdex.com,Client [redacted] visited Aire on December [redacted] at 9amUpon entering our premises she signed our intake form that specifically states that Aire is not responsible for any lost or damaged item and also to leave personal items and valuables in the locker (we can provide a scanned copy of this statement if necessary).Each client at Aire Ancient Baths is provided with an electronic locker key to open and close their locker and leave their valuablesAlso there is a signage in the locker room by the showers stating the following “ Dear customer, we regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articlesPlease keep all valuables locked in your locker during your visit and make sure it is properly locked before you leave the dressing roomthank youWe hope you enjoy your Aire Experience."The client left the premises after her experience at around 11.15am and 20min later came back and entered the locker rooms once again and requested her previous locker to be openHer locker was at the time used by another client.The manager on duty Fernando spoke then to [redacted] and explained that due to privacy policies we are unable to upon a locker currently in use by another client but as soon as the client finished the session we would speak to her to make sure there was nothing in the lockerThen Fernando spoke with [redacted] and [redacted] , the locker attendants that day, and [redacted] explained she had been the one that cleaned the locker prior to it being used by the following client and assured there was no necklaces or any other sort of left itemAll left items at Aire are taken to lost and found and when they are valuables they are taken to managment to be placed in the safe onsiteOnce the locker was free we checked once again and no necklace or any left item was found in the lockerThen [redacted] returned once again and Fernando spoke to her and explained no items were foundSince there are no cameras in the locker room for privacy reasons the manager followed all necessary steps of talking to the employees and searching the space (including laundry machines, pool filters, robes any place that could potentially have a missplaced item) but no valuable was found.Aire clearly states at all times that we are not responsible for any items that are lost of damaged while visiting Aire Ancient BathsAt this point the only possible option is for the client to provide the bills of the necklaces the claims were lost so that we can provide them to our insurance company in case there is any possibility for an investigation to take place but Aire cannot guarantee the insurance company will in any mean investigate or cover this
