Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: General manager contacted me by phone on Oct 10th indicating that their company would like to resolve this issue and asked what would need to be done to resolve I explained to him that I want the costs incurred by me for their mistakes in the installation of this HVAC system, including, but not limited to, the utilities costs for heating and cooling the outside air underneath my home for yearsHe agreed that the thermostat was under warranty and would drop off the correct thermostat later in the day, which he did At that time I gave him an itemized listing of the reimbursable costs, specifically telling him that if these costs were paid NLT Oct I would drop any further court resolution I also informed him that my current contractor will install the thermostat and that I did not trust his company for any further work to be done at my home The statement I provided to them is attached, Sincerely, [redacted]
