Review: This company seems to have a hard time communicating with clients. They were scheduled to repair our furnace on Tuesday the 17 of November I took the day off because it would be some time Tuesday not a morning or afternoon appointment. Well I didn't receive a call or any sort of notification until Thursday the 19 at 6p.m. Saying they can't make it. Well it's Friday the 20th of November befor a rep from aire master showed up at my home. And well according to there representative he talked to me over the phone, which he didn't I asked when. His reply was I should talk to my wife about who she handed the phone to... Well this is a good way to anger a person the way he said this to me made it sound like my wife is seeing another guy if this is the way a business is run things are pretty messed up I believe the guy I was dealing with was Will [redacted] the owner of the company is [redacted] who could not be reached with these complaints thank you.Desired Settlement: Well even if a refund isn't attainable the owner being notified would be good the receptionist [redacted] wouldn't transfer us to him when my wife asked to speak to him. According to my wife her and Will were very defensive when the owner was requested
