Aire One came to my home when my furnace would not start one morningI was impressed with how quickly they were able to come out to my homeThe technician was very polite and wanted to make sure I understood what was happening with my furnaceHe gave me the option to fix my furnace or have a consultant come out for an quote on a new furnaceThe cost to fix the problem seemed a bit over what I was willing to spend due to the age of the furnaceOnce I made the decision James was on the phone with his boss to set up a time that someone could come out for the quoteAgain the process was very quick and Colin came out just hours laterI was very impressed once again with the company as he was very easy going and professional at the same time and explained my optionsI made a decision on the spot and once again the boss was called and I had my furnace and ac installed the next day which made my wife very happy as we were only without the furnace for one dayI feel I should mention the great installers that came the next day alsoScott and his helper lived up to my now expectations for this company and did a wonderful install and before leaving made sure my wife and I knew exactly how to work our new equipment and maintain it I didn't know what to expect when calling Aire One but I am very pleased that I did!
We purchased a new *** furnace and Air purifier from Aire One in Kitchener a year ago Our experience is horrific to say the least The owner was obnoxious and rude when my wife and I went to ask some questions after the installation He simply didn't care after the sale and didn't want to have anything to do with us anymore They didn't treat us as their customer after we paid the bill We contacted the sales person one year after just to ask some questions he is was the same Unpleasant and not very helpful *** I would never recommend Aire One to anyone I know I guess they don't know that one unhappy customer means they will lose potential future customers and maybe thousands of dollars Or they don't care
In fact, the couple that referred us to them said they would never use them again now they are treated badly It was good that we didn't purchase service plan from them I rather use another company to do my yearly maintenance I still have yrs warrantee anyway from *** There are a lot of bad business owners and sales people out there that don't care about their customers and just out to make a buck *** But I have never seen something like this
I researched heavilyConsidered all the furnace brands, features, warranty, service and installation I narrowed it down to two companies in the Kitchener Waterloo area I am extremely pleased that I chose Aire One KW Mike Z.explained my best options and gave me a very competitive quote He arranged everything and the installation was impeccable, done by Warren and Bill I am very picky and their attention to detail really stood out And I cannot tell they were even here Everything is perfectly clean and tidy Actually I can tell I have a very warm cozy home and I can barely hear the new furnace I give stars out of

He was great to deal with, took the time to answer questions, and I feel he sold me the perfect system for my house. Installation was done on time and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again or recommend them to my friends. Thanks again for the service !
