I had a *** ductless HVAC heat pump system (room units) installed in my house on July 5-6th, Upon the install, one of the installers broke a front facia piece to one of my wall mounted unitsI was assured by Scott R*** that the piece would be replaced right awayIt has now been approximately months now and this piece has not been replacedI have had periodic contact with Scott R*** (via text messages which I still have) requesting for the piece to be replacedScott continually comes up with excuses as to why it hasn't been replaced and typically promises a replacement date in the near future (which obviously hasn't happened)I have expressed my frustration with Scott R*** about these issues and it appears to me that he is intentionally not replacing the item because of my expressed dissatisfactionScott R*** ensured me that they offer a year warranty on all parts and laborWe're now into months of that warranty, and he still has not replaced the piec
