Customer called in and said furnace is blowing cold air .I asked what was their thermostat was set on they said 72 and then I asked what was temp in house and they stated 72.I told them if they were cold turn it up a few degrees.They told me that their elec. bill would be to high.

out their twice and their was nothing wrong with the system!!! I had 130 degree air temp coming out of supply registers!!With a return temp of 72 degrees.I been in the business for twenty years and this is the only complaint.These customers are very rude !!!I had the flu and told them I would be out the next business day and they were very ignorant !!!

I am rejecting this response because:
The heat was still blowing cold air SOMETIMES as I stated before. He did not say he would come the next day, he hung up on us twice. We don't care if he has the flu or if he's going through a divorce as he stated, our problem was the heat not his personal affairs. After arguing for him to service it and to honor his warranty, he was just too lazy to come out and fix it trying to charge us a service fee. The first time he came he said there was a problem and if the loose tubing didn't fix it call him and he will gladly replace the thermostat and board. Why did we have to argue several times for him to do that? We had the problem for months and as soon as we got someone else to change the thermostat, why is it working fine now? Why would we go through all this trouble if we didn't have an issue. The heat no longer cycles on and off every couple minutes, the thermostat reaches temp and turns off, AND it no longer blows cold air randomly at 72 NOT at 80 which he wanted us to keep it on. And we monitored it on a very cold day to make sure it's working fine now. In 20 years of service he never thought to turn the AC on to see if that worked fine while troubleshooting it? Clearly this business isn't professional and extremely rude. We paid our money and waited months for him to look at it, we had a right to get mad.
