Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There is more to this storyThis company has asked for $1000-$to fix the air conditionerThe air conditioner has also been quoted from another company a whole different issue, Which mind you was the cause of faulty work by this company here, work of being only $ Also, being this company here denied doing my install for years, they have charged me over $each year for services that never even fixed the issueThey kept denying doing the install and insisted the installers did a horrible job!!! They then tell me that there was not enough air flow in the house and there should be more ventsTHEY DID THE INSTALL...I CALLED THEM AND CHOSE THEM AS DEON GUARANTEED A YEAR WARRANTY as well as ALL install needs and maintenance each yearI would like all monies back that I have over payed forI do not appreciate being bullied by them as they are doingI have not even received an apology for the mix upWhen speaking to the owner he even accused me of not maintaining the unit!!! What was it they were doing every year then? Isn't that their job? I just keep getting excusesOn top of this I had lost all access on the side of my home to the backyard being they sat the air conditioner unit right in front of the gate!!! I have also been asking about this and why someone would do this? Aire Serve told me it was stupid and they would never do something like thatNOW that I have proven it indeed was them, they say I too would have to pay for it to be moved as it should have been asked to move when installed!! WHAT, I HAVE BEEN SAYING SOMETHING EACH YEAR!!!! EACH YEAR THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY AIR CONDITIONER, EACH YEAR THEY DENY DOING MY INSTALL INSISTING I AM LOSING MY MIND Each year I have had to HAVE TO COME 2-TIMES A SUMMER TAKING MY MONEY!!!!Also, the bid the company sent me was for a [redacted] air conditionerNot even a [redacted] I am beyond upset and about to call the news stationsThis company is a fraud!!!! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The amount asked to do fix was way too extremely high as well as what they tell me the issue is to be fixed, two other companies have told me something much smaller resulting in a difference of 1500$ I am trying to get all receipts of all payments that we have made to them before proving we were under warranty with them as well as they were denying ever doing the install!!!! WHAT!!! This has been nothing but hassle and I stick to my complaintComplete fraud, lies and I want my story told and heardThank you Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Your salesman should not have told us that you would level the pad if it was not going to be done Installing the condenser on a very crooked pad, and placing rubber sponges under one corner of the condenser (leaving the other two feet hanging several inches above the pad) was a very poor and unprofessional job Coming back and adding more sponges did not "fix" the problem I'm not saying you should do concrete work, but you should not promise to level a pad, and then leave it crooked, and you should not install a condenser to a crooked surface, and say the job is complete Your employee came back and removed the condenser so we can have a professional come and level the pad, and for this we're being charged $additional We were told that this was an "amazing deal", and that he couldn't believe the office let him do it so cheaply I'm paying to fix your mistake Your company does not care if customers are satisfied.Regards,

Revdex.com,I am going to give in detail a summary of this situation The *** condenser that needs to have its compressor fixed due to it failing, was originally installed on 5/28/2013.- The owner of the home and the purchaser of the *** Condenser I am speaking of was *** ***.- *** purchased this home from *** *** (as she was the tenant here previously) in September of You may access this same information on the property assessor site. - How *** Warranty works (and this applies to any and all customers who purchase a piece of *** equipment) the original homeowner/purchaser of the equipment (in this case ***) is given a year PARTS warranty from the date of the install (5/28/2013) through *** (not through AireServ) Nowif original home owner sells the home - the parts warranty is transferable to the new home owner (Jessica) but for ONLY years from the original install date That means the Parts warranty through *** is applicable until 5/28/2018.- This would mean that *** still has year remaining through ***'s Parts Warranty to replace her failed compressor for free through their warranty.- I have, as I would for any customer - sent her the proposal for repairs of the unit- The compressor is still covered under ***'s parts warranty which will cost her nothingHowever the labor provided by AireServ is not covered by any warranty, and will cost her $- Refrigerant (R410A) is also NOT covered by ***s parts warranty, and will cost $per LB, and her system will need anywhere between 1-3lbs- Overall at the VERY most this job would cost *** $1,(Assuming the unit needs the max amount of 3LBS of Refrigeration)- As a company and to stay in business, this is how much we would charge any given customer for this repair, in this warranty type of situation - At this point, customer has been provided with all the options / prices in order to have her unit fixed We have never denied doing the original install, as I have stated prior the unit was installed on 5/28/for the original home owner *** *** - Also as a courtesy to this customer, the day she originally called in the no cool and needing diagnostics on this unit, I had my tech at 9PM at night drop of (2) of our porta cools to keep her home cool in the mean time until her unit was fixed Customer now wont approve repairs, and also will not return AireServs property

Revdex.com -please understand this customer has been explained how warranty works She keeps saying she has been there for years which is true, however she was a tenant until September of when she purchased the house, you can see this also on the property assessor site She was not the
original home owner who actually purchased the equipment which explains the warranty The unit did have a year warranty through the company for THE ORIGINAL HOME OWNER When the house is purchased by a the new homeowner (***) , the warranty will transfer but only for years from the original install date - which means she has year left The warranty is for PARTS only so the compressor she needs fixed will be covered, however labor is not Again, I have told her I can help with the labor costs, however they will still be there

Hi [redacted],I reviewed your concerns and I want to clarify the air conditioning installation. The concrete pad that was existing at your home was off-level due to natural settling that occurs with many newer construction homes. Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to excavate and re-pour concrete but...

the install team did install your condenser so that it was level. We could not correct the concrete pad and our Install Team Leader, TJ, did explain that at the time and then when he came back out this year.The cost that would be associated with having to reinstall the condenser is at our cost of time and material (refrigerant, copper braising, and two trips). We are happy to help any way we can and we have contractors we can refer for the tear-out and re-pour if you'd like. Would it be an option for you to contact your builder and find out the limitations of your home's warranty in regards to concrete settling? That may be a solution that would save you the expense of the concrete work.

The air conditioner has also been quoted from another company a whole different issue, Which mind you was the cause of faulty work by this company here, work of being only $250.  Also, being this company here denied doing my install for 4 years, they have charged me over $300 each year for services that never even fixed the issue. They kept denying doing the install and insisted the installers did a horrible job!!! They then tell me that there was not enough air flow in the house and there should be more vents. THEY DID THE INSTALL...I CALLED THEM AND CHOSE THEM AS DEON GUARANTEED A 10 YEAR WARRANTY as well as ALL install needs and maintenance each year. I am rejecting this response because:I contacted today, 10/29/15, the agencies that are supposed to receive the paperwork from Aire Serv and process the rebates. Acording to both, they have NOT RECEIVED two required forms from Aire Serv. They have contacted Aire Serv to get these forms, to no avail. So Aire Serv's claim that they have submitted all necessary paperwork is false. Until they submit those forms, my rebate can not be processed.Additionally, I am disgusted that Kimber at Aire Serv is attempting to spin the information about my dog's illness to prove the company's largesse. Contrary to her claims, I divulged his illness to her AFTER she had already stated that Aire Serv would be giving me a check, not as a way to gain their sympathy. Shame on you, Kimber, for your continued dishonesty. My hope is to get Aire Serv to provide ALL THE PAPERWORK REQUIRED to Clear Result and City of [redacted] so I can get the rebate that Aire Serv used as an enticement to convince me to purchase a more efficient and more expensive unit.
