I wanted to cancel the maintenance plan after I shopped around and found out the ridiculous over charges that I have received on my bill. The 15% discount that you say I had the intention of getting by accepting your maintenance plan and then canceling quickly in hopes of a full refund...
is false. I did not change my mind about the maintenance plan until I compared the prices I was charged with other local competitors and became extremely upset and felt like I was taken advantage of. Once again as I brought up before I was charged over $110 for a part that others locally charge $20 for. Further more I didn't think I got the 15% discount because it shouldn't have been put on my bill, it was explained to me that I would get a 15% discount if I bought the maintenance plan and something had to be replaced or repaired, but the only services I received was cleaning and replacing of one item, that I was over charged for. And that one item (capacitor) that I did get replaced was explained like I needed to do it then but in reality it could have waited for a different day when I would have had time to shop around and compare prices but my best interest was not your company's concern. When I called for a technician to come to my home it was to insure the safety of my kids and to provide them with heat, not to get taken advantage of when I was vulnerable. I am great full that they came at night when I wasn't sure if the scenario was safe for my kids, but as a single father I did not appreciate being taken advantage of and being told that I needed things that I didn't need at that moment and also being over priced for parts. I am requesting that you make things right by your customer (me) and refund me the maintenance plan that I do not want anymore and I would really appreciate it if I would get a 45% refund on the over charges that I have received. (45% is comparing your flat rate prices to your local competitors.) Thank you for your time.
