I remember all this info as correct, the email was sent on the day of service however the email was kicked back to spam as a invalid email, When Mrs [redacted] called me, I answered directly and all seemed fine and she understood and I also aksed if she was ok and she did state she was fine with her heater, We did find that the original email had a typo, once we corrected it we sent the quoteto her that amount for what my tech deemed needed to ensure proper functionality,I also offered to cover the next day costs, Mrs [redacted] stated she did not wish to move forward and found someone to do it cheaperwe kept our disgnosis fee as this is the arrangement we made, it would have been waived if she wanted to choose usshe chose not toI apologized for the email issue
