Mr. [redacted] as we talked before on 5-23-2014 yes we did come out to your house on 4-23-14 and put refrigerant in your system because you had a leak my technician did tell you that your unit was old and in extremely poor condition and should be replaced we tried to get you financing and you did...

not qualify but you did say your grandfather might co-sign so I called you back on  Friday the 25th and left you a message you did not return my call. on your service receipt it shows that we did put refrigerant in your system and you did initial that repair you also said my technician did an electrical repair but that is not on our receipt and my technician does get paid per job. I told you this on 5-23-14 you told me that was not true at that time you also told me to talk to the other company and they would tell me so. I did my research and talked to the other company and to the technician the technician did say the wiring was old and the parts were old he felt if my technician would of wired it like that it would of never of worked so you would of never had cooling when we left your house and I would of expected a call from you at that time. the technician did tell me you told him you had an electrical guy out at your house before you called them and you never mentioned that to me. I then talked to my technician he assured me he did not do any electrical work because he would of put it on his ticket so he would get paid for that repair. did call you back on 5-27-14 explained to you what I discovered I feel since it was 14 days since we were out at your house I would of expected a phone call that the unit was not working and you did not give us a chance to come back out to see the problem I felt we should not halfto pay another company's repair bill. because now all we have is here say and I have paper work that you signed on the work we did. I don't know what to believe y but to go with the facts that were presented to me. I am sorry you did not give me a chance to come back out to see what was happening.

As we continue to work with this fine company I am amazed at their honesty and integrity and their fair prices.

Review: I had aire serv come out to repair my air conditioner be it had stopped working. when the tech came out he recharged the gas and rewired the panel then tired to sell me a new system. but told me the system would be fine for a while it just had a slow leak. I went a way the day after the repair and when I got back the ac unit was cycling on an off rapidly so I started calling reapair tech with good ratings that had on call numbers. the first first one that called me back was desert mechanical comfort and they sent a tech out first thing in the morning. he told me the panel had been wired wrong and the compressor was on the verge of burning out and I had a seris of components that had been damaged because of the last tech from aire serve.Desired Settlement: I want the amount that I paid to desert mechanical comfort repaid to me in full.

This team of professional experts worked tirelessly with me after I had a less than desirable experience with another company when I needed a new air conditioning unit in my home. They carefully considered all the requirements of my home so I could get the best unit for the money. The installation was fast, accurate and carefully double checked before the team departed from my property. The following day I received a call to inquire about my satisfaction with service and the product operation. During the entire process they thoroughly explained my options and enthusiastically answered all my questions. I felt like the most important customer in the world. This is the only team I will call for routine maintenance, repair or new products.

Worked for this company and bought an Amana Air Condition from them. It is not even 2 years old and wont blow air already!! It is my opinion that this company will do what ever they can to make a buck

On 7/4/14 my fan came loose on ac unit. Aire serv came out and fixed it at no charge. warrenty Thanks , they even came back with new parts on Monday. VERY HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS COMPANY.
