our technician found that the system had lost refrigerant from an undetermined location and that due to the system having this leak and the age of the system, he recommended a system replacement vsthe cost of replacing the refrigerant with no guarantee that the repair would lastMr*** chose to add pounds of refrigerant and replace the capacitor that was out as well as purchase our Advantage PlanThe Advantage Plan offers full system maintenances, a 5% discount on any replacements and a 15% discount on any repairsBy purchasing the Advantage Plan, the repairs were discounted at the time of the callThe next evening, Mr*** reached our after hours call center and was told the office would call the following morning to schedule an appointmentThe following morning, Mr*** called the office before we had an opportunity to return his callWe offered to book the appointment and this was refused by Mr***At that time, he was transferred to a managerHe was requesting a full refundWe explained to him that we could refund the Advantage Plan cost of $but we were unable to refund the charge for the refrigerant or the capacitor as they had already been used and we had made it clear that these repairs may not last long due to the age and condition of the equipment Mr*** refused this refundThe owner of Aire Serv of Fort Worth has spoken with Mr*** and again the refund of $was offered and refusedWe at Aire Serv of Fort Worth take great pride in offering honest diagnostic and repair servicesWe stand behind our diagnosis and the repair of our technicianWhile we are regretful that this customer is disenchanted with our services and our efforts to fairly dispute the complain, we will continue to strive daily to provide the quality world class experience each customer deserves

I am rejecting this response because: They are a certified warranty agent for amana so they have to wait for payment on warranty work that is done. If they were not such a bad company then they would have know that I had a full replacement on my a/c unit if the compressor ever failed. Another company that can read could see that and is replacing it without any extra money out of my pocket.
