I had A/C coils replaced by Aire Serv and the the system never worked well againThey said nothing was wrong until the next summerThey then said it was just a relayThey replaced the relay and then came back and said I needed a new systemThe same old quote "I am not a salesperson, just a repair tech"I asked the repair tech to just leave the house and found out they pulled the same scam on a neighbor down the streetHe was quoted for a replacement and spent only from another repair serviceThis is a service provider that does not leave until they replace the entire system and empty your account

They replaced the relay and then came back and said I needed a new system. The same old quote "I am not a salesperson, just a repair tech". I asked the repair tech to just leave the house and found out they pulled the same scam on a neighbor down the street. He was quoted 9000 for a replacement and spent only 300 from another repair service. This is a service provider that does not leave until they replace the entire system and empty your account.

I want to share my positive experience with Aire Serv. Our A/C went out recently and we were faced with purchasing a new one. We took the time to have 3 reputable companies look at our system and give us a quote. We tried to compare them as equally as we could but only Aire Serv offered the kind of long term guarantee we were looking for. The technician went out of his way to inspect our duct system and they made some modifications to improve our air flow. We believe we made a good decision to go with Aire Serv and would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a reputable heat and air company in Huntsville.

Horrible service. I received a call the day of my HVAC tune up appointment to confirm and I accepted. I left work early and waited at my home for 30 minutes before finally calling the office. The receptionist rudely states that they ran behind and needed to reschedule. I agreed to an appointment two days later after work. The day of this rescheduled appointment I called to confirm the appointment and was told the technician might be running 15 minutes behind schedule, but they would call me when the technician left his previous appointment. I stated understanding and arrived at my home at the scheduled time. No one called. No one showed up. I would never recommend this company.
