Review: had this HVAC company come over to give a tune up to our air conditioning; purchased a coupon for this on the website Groupon. when they did the tune-up, the tech found some other problems that he needed to fix. some of these problems were gravel build up at the base of my unit. After the Tech left we did not turn our air on until last week. it did not work at all. no air flow and our unit forever makes such a loud noise that our neighbor had to come tell us to turn it off, their baby could not sleep. no problem. I called Air Serv up and after 6 days of us calling and calling. they called back and rudely stated that it was not their problem.Desired Settlement: I would love to have this fixed with courtesy. that seems to be missing in America now a days
My experience with Aire Serv was wonderful. The salesman was thorough in his evaluation of my house and explained the installation process well. The installation crew was cheerful and competent. The price for the furnace was competitive.
