Aire Serv asked to come out and check to see what was going on, customer refused to allow aireserv to come outWe asked for pictures and as of this reply no pictures have been sent to usWe warranty all of our work and would like the opportunity to fix anything that has gone wrong within our operating system but for us to do this the customer needs to allow us to see what went wrongThese items such as surge protector, uv lights they are an added benefit to the customer, it is not something that has to be doneif the run capacitor is out of range, it is possible the parts will still run but over amp a little bit and if this is the case we will always recommend a new capacitor so that it does not over ampas far as the coil and the blower I need to see these to comment on if they are dirty or not

In response to the complaint filed, We performed the tune ups that Mr*** paid for, it is our responsibility as an HVAC Company to provide customers with options and suggestions that can help or improve the operation of the customers HVAC equipment including the air quality of the customers
residenceOur tech *** Clearly put these as recommendations on the invoice and on the tune up sheet, its not that these repairs were mandatory for the unit to keep operating, Per tech *** when he went to explain and go over the invoices and tune up sheets the customer got very upset and told him to leave, at no time were we trying to fraudulently charge him $2, They were listed as recommendations to help out his system and air qualityI have attached invoices and tune up sheets from that dayThe customer would not even really talk to us to try and work this out, he was too upset
