[redacted] called with clarification of the consumers contract.
The rental agreement was for a term of 100 weeks (roughly 19 months) for the first television. When that television was broken and deemed "customer abuse", there was a $350.00 fee accessed to the damaged television.
The business replaced the broken television and provided the consumer with full credit for the amount already paid toward the rental agreement.
To date, the consumer has 31 weeks (roughly 8 months) remaining on the rental agreement. If the consumer goes into the business and pays the television off today, 10/13/2015, the payoff amount would be $387.00 plus taxes. If the consumer decides to continue to the end of the 100 week rental agreement at his current bi-weekly payments he will have paid $903.65 plus applicable taxes.
The business reiterates the consumer has been issued full credit toward the replacement television since the inception of the rental agreement.
A total of $153.72 to date has been paid toward the $350.00 fee accessed when the consumers original television was received back by the business. There is a balance remaining in the amount of $196.28.

I am faxing over a copy of the lease agreement for the 1st TV that was broken and the 2nd TV that was  replaced enclosed all payments that were made since the TV was leased by them. I gave them full credit from the 1st TV so the 2nd TV that they were given the agreement is for 100 weeks or...

50 bi weekly payments the broken TV was reduced to $350.00 6.99 + tax per week not to exceed $350.00 dollars.  If the customer goes full term total paid would be $2698.92 or they can return the TV and be done. They also had the 120 day option of 1249.99 + tax if paid in 120 days. The other TV that was broken was identified as customer abuse because the screen was cracked and they said they don't know what happened? Again full credit has been given. See payment history
Thanks [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,
[redacted] I'll send documents sent to me that I never signed. I disagree with paying for 2 Tvs and Fee for broken Tv. I never agreed to those terms.
