I am rejecting this response because: I did call and complain about the temperature but, I am sure there is probably no record of any calls that I made to the company. The response I was given was that the temperature concerns were due to the fact that I did not change my thermostat. My thermostat functions properly as stated by the company but, they wanted me to replace it with a smart thermostat. Why would I replace something that works properly with something that had bad reviews on many reputable websites? As to the fact that some companies only make furnaces in even number BTUs does not explain why this size was placed in my home. I was told they would chose whatever company had the furnace size I needed; which I was ok with. I did not say they could change the amount of BTUs of the furnace. My invoice listed no specific company but, listed a specific BTUs; therefore, one would also assume by this that they would get any brand furnace with 90,BTUs. As demonstrated by the lack of grammar and spelling in the response, this is the level of pride and professionalism they take in their work

service that area anymore and we have already delivered this message to him via telephone
there is no financial matter to discuss and we do not owe him anything in return

Thank you for forwarding this customers concerns First and foremost the but and size of her system is adequate for her home and there is no issue with the installation that requir s our attention some manufacturers only make there systems in even btuh amounts and in her case this was
the case The size is plenty of heat for there home and there have been no complaints from the home owner since the day of installation regarding lack of heat Of course if there were immediate issues we would have gladly made arrangements to investigate There is no compelling reason we would consider a new furnace or refund as there are no heating issues or problems with our sizing of the furnace for there home.sincerely Aire Serv of west suburbs
