I attempted to contact this person as soon as they called in to let them know that our tech had a booked schedule and we had no time available on the schedule, they didn't answer their phone, I left a voicemail, which they claim they did not receive until the following day - We never guarantee times
on the weekends as we only have one on-call technician and there are only so many working hours in a dayThis person has already slammed us on Yelp and Google with Bad reviews - if she wanted to punish us for not being able to get to her mobile home on that same day then she has succeeded - I will not continue to answer to this person who clearly has nothing better to doI don't know what else to tell her
