Perhaps this should have been a "neutral" review, in so much as I don't want to criticize the workers too harshly. They acted in a professional manner and installed my new furnace and air conditioner competently and within the one day. However, during the course of their installation, some damage was inadvertently done to my ceiling. They needed to do some work in the attic area and ultimately caused a six-foot crack to occur. My issue is with the ownership of the company who, despite acknowledging that it was likely the result of their work, refused to take any responsibility. My mistake may have been in not stopping the final check. They were very dismissive and insulting and essentially told me that it was my problem. Very disappointing.
