I have full coverage with Home Warranty of America for the HVAC repair call assigned to Aire Texas Residential Services on January Heating worked for a while, but when I tried to turn on the Air Conditioning a few months later it stopped working again just like the same problem I'd been having with my heating when Aire Texas came out in January On May 7, HWA sent out Aire Texas again, but unlike their satisfactory service as before, the one tech was quite angry with me and refused to answer any questions about my AC that appeared related to their original service call back in January I paid Aire Texas my $service fee but I had to go without AC in this hot Texas weather for another week until they returned with a part Instead of completing the job when they returned, they walked off the job taking the part with them without any

I have never seen a company that will charge you a service call / trip fees on top of the cost of repair!!
First visit I paid 60$ service Call as the technician was afraid to work (there was rats) and I understood and removed the rats and he said we won't charge you this service call / trip fees again
He came back today and said the job will cost about 240$
I thought he would remove the 60$ and charge me he rest but he didn't!
I paid him and then called the company and they said we charge the trip fees on top of the job fees!
I have never seen a business who does that!!

Our home warranty assigned this company to fix our A/C (a couple times) and they sent tech CH*IS * who was supposed to be some sort of supervisorWell he did a half *** job and tried to say we needed an electrician, come to find out from the electrician who took all of minutes to look at the unit said it wasn't an electrical issue that had the A/C tech actually looked at the unit he would have seen the corrosion (which was in plain sight) I called back and told *UTH at Aire Texas (lady that answers the phones) the issue and she tried telling me that CH*IS * knew what he was doing and he's a supervisor and a great tech or whateverHe tried to say we needed some electrical wiring that needed to be run through the house etc and I told *UTH that I honestly didn't even want that same tech out if he did a half *** job before and she said they were still going to send himWELL the appointment was set at 4pm and HE NEVE* CALLED O* SHOWED UPSo We call

This was the first time that we have interacted with any of the Aire Texas personnel at our home My wife and I were extremely pleased with the friendliness, professionalism and thoroughness of KC during his inspection/maintenance of our A/C and heating units KC ensured that we were completely informed of his findings and any possible future issues; and was able to answer any questions we had concerning the condition of the units, as well as future possible services we may require of Aire Texas If other company personnel are anywhere near as outstanding as KC, Aire Texas "has to be" a top-notch organization Thanks, Aire Texas.......thanks, KC!
