If I could give them zero stars I would. Labor for 1 hour and 40 min job was $450. They stated that included a 1 hour and 15 min trip to the supply house to pick up duct wrap. I told them before they came what I needed done. Should have brought the needed supplies and not charged the customer for this time. Very unprofessional.
Security system has them arriving at 10:05 and leaving at 10:30. Arrived back at 12:15 and left at 1:30. They did not give me a cost estimate before starting their work. Had they told me before hand that I would have to pay two employees for their trip to the supply house I would have not done business with these people. Just shows how unprofessional these people are.
The owners response is as follows:
When homeowner called he was unsure of what materials we needed. This job was dispatched @945 am arrived on job at 10am, accessed job and tech made note of what materials were needed. Then tech left at 11 to 1130 customer was not charged so techs grabbed a bite to eat and then went to supply house at 1130 arrived back at house 12 till 130 to start and finish job. All times were tracked by our GPS system! This job took a tech and a helper! So sorry for any miscommunication we tried to explain but customer was not listen to me.
I have explained what was done and again the customer did not supply us with a print out of the inspection report of what was for sure needing to be done. Customer was not sure of what exactly that needed to be done. We explained we would come look at job and then pick up what materials was needed to complete job. This was not a bid job it was for time and materials only. All our employees are tracked on a GPS system.
