On 6/28/we called and airextreme told us they couldn’t make it out until the 7/9/so when they finally came they told us nothing was wrongWe called them back and they showed up the following day and replaced the engine and said it was fine after thatI did tell him that it was not working and it was still hot in here and he said to give it a few days to work day and it still don’t work I called him again and he said he would be out here on 7/at 7amHe then tells me that he needs to replace the whole ac unit and that he will get in contact with the insurance companyI told him at that time he knew we need new ac unit the whole time and that everything he was doing was not helping and he just shrugged his shoulders( he knew the whole time we were gonna need a new ac unit and mind you it’s Friday) I then call around 4pm and ask him if he spoke with the insurance company and he said that nothing will be done about it today or this weekend and maybe not this week he s
