Dear Customer,This complaint references a time frame in which our receivables were submitted to a collection agency Since Airfire Mobile shut down as of 9/2/2014, we no longer have access to billlng history to review the unusual claim As a result, I recommend that you work with the collection agency to finalize a settlement [redacted]

I've called the company more than just or times and have had barely any issues resolved As for my call on 5/24/my issues have not been resolved I want my money back for my phone There is no reason not to give my money back I paid my bills and even switched providers Because of themIn fact the "phone" they gave me in February was a refurbished junk phoneI Paid for a good phone not one that has dust in the screen.and no I don't wanna use there service Threw September or when ever I can according to them they ripped me off and its pretty sad they Can take my $ n not even provide a full years worth of service I'd rather get my money back for A phone that is junkThat's all I want

I am writing in reply to complaint ID ***The customer stated he purchased a phone in December and wanted a full refund for the phoneHe also mentioned he went "back and forth" on many things with usHe did have some issues with the battery and we gave him a new phone on 2/28/to
resolve the problemThe next call we received from him was on 5/and we resolved his issues at that timeIt is unfortunate that we are closing the business and we apologize for the inconvenience, however as we told the customer he can still use our service through 9/2/and can switch carriers anytime and continue to use his phone if he chooses another GSM carrier like AT&T, Net 10, etc

As I stated in my previous response we did indeed exchange the customer's phone with a brand new phone, not a refurbished phone on 2/28/On 5/24/he reported there was dust in the phoneThis problem was not present when the new phone was given to the customer so we have to assume it occurred during the three months of use while in his possessionAgain we are sorry for the inconvenience the closing of our business has caused for all of our customers
