I am rejecting this response because: Part if that statement from the company is not true. My initial call was NEVER for my frig it was only for my stove making a noise and the bottom oven not heating. Once the tech arrived we told him my frig needed a new water...

line he said I can do that now under the table for 75.00 he fixed the water line had NOthing to do with the frig getting cold. Then we he checked the stove he removed the part tp show my husband that was the issue. There's NO way the part could have been missing becasue I bough tthe stove brand NEW in 2010 from Home Depot and it has never had any problem for anyone to look at it, so if the part had been misssing it would have beeen broken if I'm correct. they are trying to get out of there mistake. the tech they sent could barely speak eniglish even the operator at the company when I called back said he can't speak clear english let me have someone call him that can understand him.
I waited two weeks to call back becasue I didnt have the money for the repairs and I just didnt use my stove so once I had the money I called another cpompany they came and immediatly said call the first company that came out and ask them to bring your cap back that all I was trying to do. rather they take parts or not mine came up missing and he showed it to my husband so where would it go. It could have been by mistake I dodnt know but NO one else had look at my stove it's not a OLD stove that would have repairs done all the time this was the first.

Now I have spent 250.00 to repair my stove becasue I had to buy the whole thing becasue of the missing part and I feel they are 50% resposable if not 100% but I can't say 100% becasue I dont acuse people of steeling.
This company are all liars I can't understand wht the tech just cant say he did remove it to show us what was wrong.

Review: Taking way too long to fix refrigerator. Waited 2 weeks for part to be replaced and still doing same thing. Now waiting 3 days + with no word. Can't get ahold of anyone but answering service. Won't return calls. Waited all day Mothers Day for repairman who was a no show and no call. Would call someone else but paid $260 for part.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back so I can call someone else to do the job.

I am rejecting this response because: I was told on 6/5/2013 that it must have been a defective part and they would replace it with another new one. I said it won't take another 2 weeks will it? I was told he would try to get back with it in 2 days. Same thing I was told the first time. It is now almost 2 weeks later again and to make things worse, I have not heard one word from them since they left here. I called and left message I was upset and wanted to speak to someone in charge ASAP, but no return call. The answering service is the only reachable contact and most who answer are very short and unhelpful. I can order the same part online and have it the next day and for much less than they charged me. This kind of service from a licensed business is unexceptable in my opinion. I have no idea if I will ever hear from them again at this point.

Review: I called this company out to repair my stove they sent someone that couldn't speak english then he told my husband that I needed a regulator for my stove and it would cost near 300.00, I called another company and they came to look and said a part was missing from the regulator did anyone else look at it I said yes this company he said call them and tell the tech to bring the part back. I called they said No their tech didnt take it, then they are trying to tell me maybe he wasnt going to fix that part but he was fixing the regulator, in other words the broken part was not going to be repaired but the regulator was and I have only had the stove for 4 yrs bought new and never moved it. This was the ONLY co that came out and charged me $35. to remove a part that now will cost me even more. It's a scam.Desired Settlement: to be reported on the Revdex.com and I want my part returned or replaced
