Three years (XXXX) ago we buy a Nano Platinum silver RobotThe first one didn't last long so we had to sent it for repairs or replacement to Aqua Power up in CaliforniaThe company (Aqua Power) took long time to send me a replacement but thanks to Air Flow we did get it eventually, and we were thankful for their helpNow our robot shut down and we sent it back in April 11, to Aqua Power in California again for repairs or replacementAqua Power returned it back to the UPS mail in Orlando Florida instead of usWe waited whole months and nothing from Aqua PowerWe called Aqua Power left couple messages even sent them a letter but for some unknown reason they never answer calls and less return any callsFinally I went to the UPS mail to find out what was going on and they told us that Aqua Power resent our robot back unopened still in original box because they (
