Complaint ID [redacted] has been resolved. 1. On 2-3-15, [redacted] signed a contract for a 12 month contract with Massage Envy. She would not have been eligible to cancel her membership in June of 2015, as she was only in the 4th month of a 12 month term....
2. Cancellation requires a written Cancellation request, which was not received, but is covered in the Membership Agreement that she signed. 3. $299.95 was withdrawn from account because Credit Card on file was declined for 4 months. Declined payments are run automatically through our system using the Credit Card given. We do not have access to [redacted]'s bank account other than the Credit Card he/[redacted] provided. 4. $59.99 for December's Payment has been refunded in full. 5.
