Complaint ID [redacted] has been resolved On 2-3-15, [redacted] signed a contract for a month contract with Massage Envy She would not have been eligible to cancel her membership in June of 2015, as she was only in the 4th month of a month term Cancellation requires a written Cancellation request, which was not received, but is covered in the Membership Agreement that she signed $was withdrawn from account because Credit Card on file was declined for months Declined payments are run automatically through our system using the Credit Card given We do not have access to [redacted] 's bank account other than the Credit Card he/ [redacted] provided $for December's Payment has been refunded in full [redacted] 's membership has been cancelled effective 1-29- Sincerely, Jennifer B***
