Review: I paid for a Deluxe Subscription to Airguide which was supposed to entail receiving a new print every 6 months. After not receiving any new deliveries for over a year (and receiving another annual invoice), I called and was told that they were having problems with the printer and that there should be a print soon. I received a fax indicating that my subscription would be extended to February 2014 and that I was owed 2 Flight Guides, and that the first part would come out May 2013 and the second part would be November 2013. I did not receive either, always being told of the problem with the printer. After receiving yet another invoice in Oct 2013, I called and after being told that they still haven't gone to print, I asked for a refund which I was told would be out within 2 weeks. I called again on 11/11/13, and was told my refund should be soon, and I called again on 01/09/14 being told that my repeated calling should cause a refund to occur. I indicated at that time that I would be proceeding with the Revdex.com and further legal action if a refund didn't occur.Desired Settlement: I wish to have my current $40.95 payment refunded as well as my prior subscrition payments in a certified check and be given a free year's subscription, at which time I will determine if I wish to start a new subscription.

Review: I have been an Airguide Publication's Flight Guide subscriber since 2005. I have paid my invoice every year when I received it (which was a few months before it was actually due). Every year, the payment covers the next two issues that they release. I was told on 5/3/2010 that I will receive the first of the two issues that I had paid for soon, and that the FAA updates were causing a delay. I called every few months and spoke with [redacted] and [redacted], and every time I was told that the delay is because of the FAA. On 10/2/2011, I was told by [redacted] that I should expect the first issue within two weeks. I finally received that first issue on 1/3/2012. After six months I called to find out about the second issue's release date. Again I was told that it was delayed because of the FAA. It is now over two years since I received the first issue that I was due, and I have been calling every few months since. Now, noone answers the phone and I am still due a second issue that I should have received almost four years ago.Desired Settlement: I would like the latest issue if it will be released in the next two months. If not, I would like a refund of $47.50 sent to a different address than I have just entered before. If Airguide Publications is agreeable to this, they have the address that I want it sent to on file. My cr is [redacted].

Review: Ordered and paid for Flightguide publications in May 2013 - prepaying so that when our revision service expired, they'd send me the updated revision; I was told the revisions should arrive by the end of August 2013. When I didn't get the revision in September 2013 (when due) We contacted them and were told the revisions would be coming out soon. In January 2014, when I could not reach them on the phone, I sent a message to them through their web site. I got an answer that they had received our payment and expected the guides to be completed and ready for shipping in two months. We have not received the revision services that were paid for. Now, their web site is no longer active and phone numbers disconnected or not answered, so it appears we have not means to communicate with them.Desired Settlement: Refund in full in the amount of $126.90.

Review: I HAVE BEEN USING FLIGHT GUIDE FOR 10 YEARS. I HAVE ALWAYS KEPT MY SUBSCRIPTION TO AIR GUIDE FOR THE FLIGHT GUIDE. SEVERAL YEARS AGO I RENEWED MY SUBSCRIPTION. THEY STATED THEY WERE UPDATING THEIR SYSTEM AND THERE WOULD BE A DELAY IN SENDING THE GUIDE. WHEN I CALLED BACK, THEY STATED THEY WERE HAVING ISSUES IN THE PRINTING OF THE BOOK BUT I WAS STILL CURRENT AND WOULD RECEIVE MY BOOK SHORTLY. A FEW MONTHS WENT BY AND I CALLED AGAIN. THEY SAID THEY WOULD SHIP AS SOON AS THEY RESOLVED THEIR PROBLEMS. RECENTLY, I REALIZED I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE BOOK AND MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CALL. I LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES, BUT THEY WILL NOT RETURN ANY CALLS. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS THRU THEIR COMPANY EMAIL "CONTACT US" BUT THEY REFUSE TO RESPOND. THIS AND A SMALL CLAIMS ACTION ARE MY ONLY OPTIONS.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE A REFUND OR FOR FLIGHT GUIDE TO HOLD UP THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN, AND PROVIDE ME WHAT I PAID FOR.

Review: My subscription expired 10/13/13 and I renewed on 10/18/13 and upgraded from S.E.Basic to S.E. Deluxe. I have not received anything. I called 800-359-3591 and found it was disconnected. I wrote two letters - no reply and I called 562-437-3210 numerous times with no answer. I also sent emails. As of today I have had no response from any of those and I have never received my Flight Guide Revision purchased on said date. Thank you,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want product or refund of $65.95.

Review: *Ordered and paid for Flightguide publications in July, 2012. Did not receive.*Ordered and paid for Flightguide publications in July, 2013. Did not receive.*On October 9, 2013 called business office to discuss the non-receipt of publications. (1)Was told 2012 Flightguide had a printing delay. She apologized and stated we would receive a refund by January 2014. (2)She stated 2013 publication also had a printing delay and that one publication would be sent in December 2013; the other in January 2014. No refund has been received. No publications have been received.*On February 3, 2014 sent email outlining October 9, 2013 telephone conversation and requested refund and publications again.*On March 13, 2014 (today) I attempted to call 800# and office#, email, fax and use website contact form. Was unable to contact Airguide Publications by any form of communication.Desired Settlement: Paid $55.26 for 2012 publications. Paid $77.02 for 2013 publications. Would like refund of $132.28.

Review: I ordered a Binder, and the insert pages that go into the binder. The Binder was shipped, but not the insert pages. After calling every month for five months, I was finally told In December they were not going to print the insert pages until sometime in late spring in 2014? They told me if I wanted I could return the Executive Binder, and they would give me a refund after they received that binder back. I sent the binder back UPS on 1-2-2014, they signed for it on 1-3-2014, and have been telling me they would send me a refund check ever since. Nothing as of today, and their message box when you call is full, so you can't talk to anyone. I think they are a scammer company. All I want is my $69.96 paid by check over the phone sent back to me. Can you help.....Desired Settlement: Have them send me a check immediately.............

Review: I sent them a check on December 14, 2013 for the amount of $70.90 for bound copies of their airguide one for the northwest and one for the southwest regions. I have tried calling their telephone number and no one ever answers, and there is no voice mail.Desired Settlement: I would simply like to receive the airguide for the northwest and southwest regions or get my money back. I have used their services since the mid 80s and I have never had this problem.

Review: Dear Sirs:I ordered a flying guide manual from Airguide Publictions in August 2013. After several months I checked to see if they had shipped it but they said it was on back order till March 2014 so we cancelled the order and asked them to refund our money (89.09) (canadian) to my visa. They said they would and to this day they still haven't refunded our money,and when I phone their number it rings as if it is still in service but no one picks up and no message goes on to say leave a message. The number I have been calling (and which I used when I placed the order with them in August 2013)is, [redacted].Desired Settlement: We just want our refund
