If less than one star was available that's what I would've rated airgundepot! They took $433.79 out of my account within seconds of my order, took 2 weeks to send me my product after I had had paid for 2 day delivery, sent me a defective product, and after I sent it back I called the company and an agent told me that they would receive my product that day and send me a new working product by the 24th of this month. It is now the 28th and I have made numerous 20 minute calls of me being on hold and then being sent to a voicemail that hangs up on me as well as sending numerous emails asking when I would receive my product. And today I received an email saying that my transaction has been declined! But they still have my money! I now just want my money back when all I wanted at first was an exchange. I feel like I have been robbed. Please deal with these people. It's like they're operating with some form of immunity because I see thousands of people with the same complaint. How have they not been shut down yet?

They scammed me out of $300. Not responding to emails, phone calls or voicemails. Not impressed, might have to visit Draper, UT real soon..

Placed order online paid for faster shipping, none of my items have even been processed yet and expected date of delivery has already passed. I have reached out to business via email (one response saying they will look into it), multiple phone calls (zero answered calls after 20 minutes calls go to a voicemail and hang up on you), and have even reached out through Facebook messenger (same as email saying that they will look into matter). I cannot even cancel my order because they will not answer.

ORDERED 2 AIR RIFLES EARLY ON JULY 15, 2020..Nobody Home except AUTO EMAIL SYSTEM. I CALLED CUST SERV TEL NUMBER 3 TIMES...HEARD RELAXING MUSIC ONLY ALL DAY...
LATTER I GOT AM EMAIL ABOUT 4 PM MDT THAT SAID THEY WILL BE BACK IN OFFICE TOMORROW, THURS JULY 16..

Worst customer service in the industry, intentionally difficult for a customer to contact them. Emails go unanswered for weeks, calls go to voice mail. Returns are closed out before refunds are issued. Overall very suspicious and unprofessional practices.

There prices are good but the customer service and communication is extremely lacking. I recently purchased an airgun from them that I knew was on back order (noted on the page to ship ~2 weeks after purchase date) one month later when I did not have a tracking number yet, I went back to the page and found the in stock date had been pushed over a month back on the website with no communication from the seller. I sent an email to their contact address on Monday and Friday (they say responses are normally within 2 hours, but give them 24) with no response. The following Tuesday I reached out again and called their listed phone number. It put me on hold for 20 minutes and then forced me to leave a message and kicked me off. I left a message to cancel and emailed to cancel. I finally got a one line response that it was cancelled successfully, but no apologies for the communication problems.
