I am a concerned consumer who was trying to interview "Christy [redacted] has made my decision easy as far as awarding my business or NOT to Airhart. I had 1 initial call and was sharing some details on the property that I was thinking to use Airhart build a new home and Christy very quickly turned it into a "I have stupid on the phone I will take advantage of him" telephone conversation. All I was doing was sharing property size, current utility services on the property and my desire to keep the existing concrete drive way intact. She then proceeded to list that my property would have at least a $75,000 site prep cost and she wanted to know my final investment dollar numbers. I asked her why she quoted the site costs so high and she then just plain and simple hung up on me! Absolutely horrendous customer service experience, this lady was their sales representative and she just lost Airhart my business. I am not a large investor, I am a simple professional who is trying to find the "RIGHT" builder to build my dream home. I guess it's not Airhart.
Extremely disappointed with their service!
I will stay away from this company and advise anyone that is looking for a builder to avoid this company as well.
I would be happy to discuss this with owner/management of Airhart if they find time to talk with a simple consumer.
