Please be advised that we did work for this customer, he contacted us stating that his hot tub was not working. Our electrician arrived on site and found that the breaker was indeed in need of being replaced. We found the pigtail of the breaker ripped from the breaker causing the damage....
The customer stated that his brother had removed the breaker. We advised him that the breaker will need to be ordered, we ordered the breaker and returned the following day and replaced the breaker. We serviced the customer exactly as he requested. The customer was also advised of our upfront pricing when he made the initial phone call for the repair, and at that time chose not to go with the upfront cost because he just wanted the repair to the hot tub. Once the invoice was received by the customer, he then called our office indicating his unhappiness with the amount of the invoice. We explained the cost to him and he stated he would pay the bill in full and would never use us again and spread the word that we were no good , by word of mouth and thru social media. He also sent us an email stating he had contact Revdex.com and would still continue to state to others we were no good. We can justify the invoice and would like to hope that the customer will pay his invoice in full. As you can see by our account with the Revdex.com, we have a very good standing and wish to continue.
