At no time did Mr [redacted] say "do what you have to do to fix it" and especially didn't say "before I leave" he was set to leave by five after amThere's no way the tech would be doneOur A.Cis still not working and I have called the company to let them knowThe woman in the phone stated that this isn't the way they do businessI let her know that we would never say "do whatever" she then stated that I wrote a checkI said yes, what was I supposed to do? I had an issue with the tech and clearly I wasn't going to take my issue out with himWhich is why I called as you as he left telling you NOT to cash the checkThe business stated that they were going to check with the tech in regards to what happened and call me backNever happenedIn fact I had to call them backAirite still has not provided an invoice or anything stating that we agreed to the extra charges that were tacked on after the two initial charges

Airite was great deal withIt is never fun having to spend money on AC repairs but they made the process easyAfter talking to several friends who had similar issues and repairs with their units and hearing their horror stories I was nervous about having anyone come outAirite was professional from the 1st call I made and until the tech left my houseThey made sure all of my questions were answered and made me feel at easeI will continue to do business with Airite and even signed up for their annual maintenance agreementThank you Airite

The tech took a look at our AC unit, he then came in and explained that he was unable to perform the test that he needed to because of the capacitor needed to be replacedHe said that it would cost us then I asked if once he replaced it, was there a chance that he could find nothing wrong? He replied yesEven though we couldnt afford it, we asked if they offered financing, he replied yesHe also stated that he would call Goodman to see if anything was under warrantyHe said the office can email an app (which we did NOT receive until after I called the office AFTER the COMPLETE service was done) We felt like it was the thing to do since we have to have ACHe then came in and said that he had to do a pressure test in order to find a leakThat was going to cost us We, again did not feel like we had a choiceHe went outside and did what I assume was the testMy husband left for work and I did not leave the couch the whole time waiting to be told what was going onI

Our technician stated that he discussed the process of finding the issues with AC unit with Mr***He stated that Mrs*** was on the couch when they had this discussionThe tech was not aware of what she was able to hearMr*** told our tech to do whatever was needed to fix the
AC unitOur tech had found a bad capacitor, which he replacedOnce this was replaced he was able to read the pressures and he was able to conclude the unit had a leakHe performed a leak search on the unit, fixed it and had to replace the freon that had leaked outThe system was recharged with 15lbs of freonThey wrote a checkWe spoke to her and let her know we would hold the check until we could see if financing was an optionShe then called back and asked if we could not deposit that check, but instead they were going to get payment from her mother in lawShe discussed her issues regarding not knowing the extent of the repairsWe told her it would be unusual for a tech to perform work with no authorizationOur tech had authorization from her husband to do what needed to be done to the unit to get it running before he left.We had done work for this customer back in June At that time the credit card that was provided declinedThey asked if we could run it a different day The day we arranged to withdraw the full amount of 509.60, the card declined againAt this point they asked if they could do a payment planWe worked with them to do soThe first payment was taken out in July for We got the remaining balance in September for 209.60.We have worked with the *** in the past and could have done so going forwardWe offered financing, which goes through Wells FargoWe never received the application backThese charges are validAirite provided a service in good faithWe understand that AC repairs can be costlyWe do all that we can to insure an easy clear processOur technicians are trained to communicate properly to all customers

I had Airite out for my Spring Tune upThey did a great job! I just moved to Arizona and I was looking for an honest company to work withThe tech that was out was very friendly, helpful and informativeThe tech they sent was very thorough and provided me with a report card with information on the current condition of my unitHe even changed my filters and removed debris from my condenser!

Airite has been servicing my AC unit for over yearsThey have always been honest and fairWe had a unit replaced years ago and they made it an easy process

They came out and it started off good They installed the new unit and it was fine However, I had asked them about the *** rebate while they were out there and was told its a simple thing to fill out online I went online and found out that the company installing had to fill out the form and that they had to be accredited with the state of course Airite was not accredited I tried to reach out to the Co-Owner John that I had talked to during the install but he didn't want to take my call and told the admin to tell me I had six months to file for rebate and that Airite would get accredited with the state A month later I tried to follow up with John, of course he would not answer my phone calls or call me back and all I could do was talk to the admin It is just very poor customer service on an issue they clearly were at fault with Airite was just the installer but I bought the air conditioner unit through *** so I notified them what occurred and they made good on my $so I am writing a review versus filing a complaint It really is a shame when companies treat their customers like this Better to go to someone else

Excellent customer service under challenging conditions!

The techs at Airite were knowledgeable and helpfulThey showed up on time and were professionalWe have Airite out twice a year for our tune ups and our system has always ran beautifullyThe office staff is always pleasant and helpful

I have used Airite AC service to service my AC unitsI have found them to be professional and reliable They answer my questions and I feel I can trust them
