We have answered Mr *** emails every time he has sent an emailemails have been sent to him via our customer service email that has never seen a responseI have asked several times to send me pictures of what the problems are and we get no responseHe then states he has never received any
of our emails and begins to slander our companies name on InstagramI offered a full refund if he was not happy with the product, I still honor it.
No comments or posts have ever been deleted, we are a professional business trying to make customers happy everydayDue to the unfortunate actions of Mr *** and the unprofessional route he has taken, we as a company are not going to go the extra mile, more than we have already, to create something different when we do not even know the problem that exists.
We ask that he removes the products from his vehicle, pack them up well, let me know by phone call or email that it is ready to be picked up and we will send *** to pick it upUpon receiving the products, we will refund the ENTIRE amount including shipping back to the card that processed the transactionNo fees will be taken, no taxes will be taken, an apology for a product that fits on other clients vehicles but not his.

Thanks for the email ***The beam was not powder coated because the work order does not state powder coatedI explained three times to you what the problem was, are you getting these emails? I do not understand what you mean by what to expect from the partsInstall the parts, watch the car go up and down once everything is working and enjoy the ride qualityI hope this info helps.

Sir, I want to understand several things on your endWhy wasn't the beam powder coated, what happened to you telling me it was shipped yet you overnighted it to me, I would like to know how you kept me well informed of everything happening when I have the emails, phone records of each conversation, I wanna know where the t shirt is, I wanna know exactly what I should expect from this beam and air ride set up? I've continually been open with questions and concernsI would appreciate a explanation in writingThank you

Airkewld needs to be transparent to succeed this day an age. Lying, being deceitful means that our company would be going down in a blaze of glory. Refunding a client who is unhappy with any product is not a problem and should not be treated as such. We are already doing above and beyond to satisfy this client by paying for the shipment back to us. If he chooses not to box it up and contact us that it is ready to be picked up, then it is his choice not to resolve this issue. 
[redacted] does not make mention that he is trying to communicate with us under threats of contacting his lawyer and leaving out information on purpose to make his story more valid. Please have your lawyer contact us so we can proceed with the return of the product and the return of your money.

Have bought multiple parts through this company. They do not stand by there product, at all! Questioned them about faulty parts and they said they would fix the issue. Never did! Never again!
