Sent: Tuesday, July 26, 2016 12:04 AM Subject: response to complaint#: [redacted] Mr. [redacted] brought his vehicle to my shop for a rear brake job, and he wanted me to turn the front brake rotor because somebody else did the front brake job and they did not resurface the rotor. I charged him full price...
for the rear brake job plus parts and labor, and charged him $30 to resurface the front rotor plus labor. After one month he complained about vibration, I checked his vehicle and found out it needed a front rotor, I offered him to pay for only the price of the rotor and refunded the $30 I charged for resurfacing the rotor. He denied to pay for the new rotor and also denied wanting to get it done. I gave his $30 cash back because he paid in cash.
