I flew to Italy from JFK and used Airlot LLC to do my long term parking I was gone daysUpon arrival home, I found my car had been damaged in their lot and had been subject to rain and snowThe employee said something about the kid across the street throwing bottles on New Year's eveWe were gone the [redacted] Meaning the car sustained damage from the elements for days without cover or notification to us, the customer They said if we stayed till tomorrow, they would repair the vehicle, but would not pay for hotel, rental car or anything for that nightWe live in Virginia and had to get home so my girlfriend could work the next dayWe had no other choice but to drive home hours without a back window in a snow storm I was given the number of an insurance provider upon leaving the lot, [redacted] Upon a phone call, I was told they only had liability for the employees and not comprehensive for customers, and any claim that needed to be made had to come from the bus

the worst service ever, it took an hour to park on departure and three hours, on arrival, to get my car out of the parking lot from the time I called for pickupThere is only one Van (in horrible condition) operatingThe driver is the same person who then goes and moves number of cars around to get to your carswhich is why everything it takes so longThe parking lot is just a big unpaved landThere is no concept of parking ticket so the driver has no clue where your car isYou have to search for itThere is no light so the search for your car can be another thing if you arrive after sunsetThis place is a fraud
