Upon completion of a job at [redacted] home. She immediately asked about the vacuum cleaner that she thought was missing then she later said it was a steam cleaner. I asked my employee's and they had never seen the missing item. Over the last 20 years I have had a long standing relationship with...
these employee's. During this time they have never been accused of stealing any item from any home. We have installed HVAC systems from the poorest of neighborhoods to million dollar homes in Cherry Creek and have never had an issue. These are men that own their own homes and have families to support. When [redacted] asked me about the steam cleaner I told her we would figure something out after I got all the facts. Turns out the steamer was not seen by my employee's. She then took it upon herself to purchase the item and subtract it from the total. This in turn was not an honest move in our opinion. We will not admit guilt for an item we did not take. We do not think that the item mentioned was ever there. My employee's can purchase this item on their own. They would not take a used one. In closing we are saddened that our business has take a hit to it's integrity. We will continue to be an honest and law abiding company that has been in business for nearly 9 years without these type of unfounded accusations. [redacted]President AirMovers,LLC.

I am rejecting this response because:1. I never said it was a vacuum, I have always maintained it was a [redacted] steam cleaner.2. All the attachments were missing along with the cleaner, including the measuring cup that was an a completely different location. I will and pay the $107.00 to the company under protest and have informed the company of this. I still believe it was one of the employees that removed it.
