We have refunded  credit back of 44.46 as a courtesy credit and that what we have promised this customer.
there will not further action to be taken on this account.

As we spoke already with this client, customer has a courtesy credit of $44.46 on her account. Based on her wish account was closed as of yesterday. in next 7 days the amount of $44.46 will be returned to her credit card on the file.

unauthorized charges total to $121.60. I have no idea how they came about he refunded amount of 44.46. This company is fraudulent and steals its customer's money everyday without taking any responsibility. During my conversations with the service representative, she admitted that "their computer makes mistakes" but would not let me speak with a manager or give me any explanation to the reason they would not refund the correct amount of unauthorized charges. I will not accept the refund amount of 44.46 because the actual amount of unauthorized charges is 121.60.

invoices but he did not agree and asked to close his account, as a courtesy we have credit his account and they have no balance to pay with our services.
