Review: I had my fuel pump replaced at Airpark auto clinic last November and they returned it to me with a s severe fuel leak when I fill my tank full and after several attempts they have still not fixed the leak my last visit they stated first it would cost me more money to look at it and later declined service all together. I have a video of the fuel leak and documentation of all of the attempted repairsDesired Settlement: I may want a full refund or a least partial based on how much it cost to fix the fuel leak

Customer called us after reporting to the Revdex.com, in attempt to resolve the issue.. He stated he would be in this week to discuss the matter in hopes that we both come to an agreement. We have worked on this matter several times and have been back and forth over this situation more than once. Customer claims he fixed the problem and is looking for $138.00 for what was fixed, we told customer that when he comes in this week to please bring us the invoice from the shop that did the repairs. In almost 20 years of automotive business this is only the second complaint we've ever had with you (Revdex.com). Please let us know if there is anything else you need at this point. We do value our reputation, but as you well know not every customer can be pleased.

I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. The total due for the work that was re- performed is 138.50 to be sent to my home address at [redacted] E [redacted]. Scottsdale Az. 85255

I have been taking my car to this family own shop for years. They offer excellent service that I trust. As a female who knows nothing about cars, I feel confident that they are fair in their pricing. I am always happy with the result. They take extra time to communicate and educate me on the necessary needs of my vehicle to keep me safe. A very professional and friendly bunch.
