Review: I called [redacted] (The manager) to make an appointment to repair my trucks clutch pedal. [redacted] said bring it. He had called me two days later and said that the slave clutch cylinder (connected to the transmission) was the problem, and that everything else in the trans and clutch was good so we agree to repair it. While taking out the trans to get to the slave clutch cylinder, they broke the exhaust pipe at the "V" and the Oxygen sencor located on the pipe was damaged which caused the check engine light to stay on, after he had told me the pipe broke and said that he was going to get it welded at another shop. My concern is that when they was taking out the trans,they lost the fluid inside the trans. When they put the trans back in, with the slave clutch cylinder replaced, and the rear seal he so called replaced they put the trans in without replacing any of the trans gear fluid that escaped. This in turn progressed a winding sound which ruined the transmission when it was being driven, to and from the shop where they weld the exhaust, and you can't hear the winding do to exhaust off because of the noise from the motor. it was When I had realized that the pedal need to bled, cruise control was not reconnected, and that there was a winding noise coming from the trans, I returned to the shop, and he had them to bleed the master cylinder to restore at 1/8inch play for the actualator rod to engage from the pedal. His mechanic checked the rears very briefly, and told me that he couldn't find anything leaking, and that he didn't know where the connection to the cruise control was, also wouldn't even drive the truck to listen to the winding sound. [redacted] said come back next week or so I called the next week about it and they towed it back to the shop, and [redacted] said that I need a transmission. He told me that he could get one used for me if I payed $600,00 and that the labor would cost me $600,00 as well. A total of 1,200 more after just paying him $700,00 plus towing fee that would be about $2000,00 totalDesired Settlement: I want my truck reoaired, I paid sufficient amount of money to this company to do the repair.Do to the negligence of this repair company my vehicle is no-longer operational, it is my request that this company refund me all the money that I paid for the repair which is $700.00 plus for all the damages that they caused to the vehicle.that would be at least $1,200.00to get a good used trans Because of their neglience ive been with-out a vehicle and forced to use the public transpotation since Feb
