Review: I parked my car there from 26 JAN to 02 FEB 2015 -- when I picked up my car it was damaged and the lo jack key fob was broken and missing its inside. Nothing was said -- and I did not notice until I was home. Also -- they have emailed me daily since then to update an old credit card number which they never had in their records -- so I suspect identify theft or fraud of some kind. I will never park with them again.Desired Settlement: the cost of replacing the lo jack key fob is $70.00 -- this would be acceptable as a replacement.
