AirPods Original

We ordered AirPods on March 28 of this year. Today is May 5, and we have yet to receive them. We have emailed the company, whose website is no longer active, nor is the alternate one currently listed on the Revdex.com. We received one reply on April 5, responding to our request to cancel our order, to which the person replied that it couldn't be canceled as it has been shipped. We have emailed multiple times since then with no response.

My daughter ordered a pair of shoes on April 13th...order number AJ1409. When I researched the company we emailed right back and cancelled the order (just a few hours later). They have told me numerous times through email that they would refund the money and they still have not done it. There is a new excuse every time. They owe me $131.86 and like I said they keep saying they are sending it and it has not been refunded.

Ordered a pair of Airpods Pro for a 2019 Christmas gift.

Received the item but it repeatedly drops music when paired with the iPhone. The audio is very poor quality. The pods will not stay in the case. The case lid will not stay closed.

The company's website says full refund no questions asked. I emailed the company for refund instructions twice and I received no response. I filed a resolution request with PayPal. Via PayPal, the company only offered an $80 refund, which I disputed. After all, I paid over $200 plus shipping in the original purchase.

These Airpods Pro are junk and the seller will not honor its own refund policy.

4) When product was finally received (some 45 days after purchase) they are FAKE! They are KNOCKOFFS! AirPod Originals/Earphone Originals is a SCAM.

Airpods are counterfeit they stopped working took into Apple store said unable help since counterfeit the company has not responded I want full refund
Counterfeit airpods I asked prior to purchase if original stated yes. The do not work took Apple for repair they looked up serial number inside AirPod case said counterfeit airpods. I want full refund

I ordered the new Airpods Pro from the company Airpods Original, an online website, as a Christmas gift for my husband. He noticed the following was wrong with them:

1) they did not come with different size ear pieces as advertised
2) the noise cancellation was not working. He took them to the Apple store and they couldn't even figure them out
3) the airpods were connecting to his phone properly
4) the return address on my package was from China with no packing receipt

I tried emailing the company numerous times and they never responded. They do not list a phone number on their website.

Airpods Original advertised they would confirm order and ship within 12-24 hours. Ordered a pair of airpods on 12/7/2019 and still no product.
I ordered a pair of Airpods Original on 12/7/2019. *** took my money right away from my checking account. I have tried contacting the seller many times with no response. This seller is false advertising when they say they will do something and it does not happen. I filed a complaint on my order thru PayPal and as of today, they did not give me my money back even though it has been 10 days since my complaint. I filed a complaint with my bank. Please put this on the sellers record, because I am sure I am not the only one without Christmas presents this year. Thank you.

Ordered apple pro airpods on Nov.21 and never received them. $229 gone! They have aligned themselves with *** and good luck trying to deal with them and get your money back. After I ordered them I received an e-mail immediately confirming my order. Never heard another word for 5 weeks. Buyer beware!!!

I purchased airpods pro from website 11-29-19 for 209.99. The product does not work and they advertise refund policy.
I purchased airpods pro from website, airpods original, I believe they also known as earphone cool, 11-29-19, for 209.99. website offers refund policy, but company has NOT responded to my emails regarding returning product. Airpods don't work, will not play music. They charged my PayPal account and can provide that information is needed. This was Christmas gift for my son and I am looking to get my money returned.

On November 30, 2019 I ordered and paid for apple airpods pro for a Christmas gift. This site advertised a sale. When I didn't receive the product after 3 weeks I emailed. I received a response saying that there is a supply and freight demand issue that I may not get the item by Christmas and if not I would get a full refund. I checked a week later and then stopped getting any response. After researching on the internet I found multiple complaints about this same company where people have paid, never received their product or a refund.

I ordered AirPods Pro-Magic on 12-2 for a Christmas present and have not received my item. I contacted the retailer via email a week ago no response. There is no telephone number to call. My payment went through the same day I ordered for OnLine Sports store

I purchased a set of AirPods online and they have not been delivered.
On 11/29 I purchased a set of AirPods from AirPod Original. I received a confirmation email. A week later I sent an email verifying this is genuine AirPods. I have had no response. I clicked on the tracking link and the link is not valid. I contacted PayPal to dispute the charges and sent another email.

I nevever received the AirPods.

I ordered Apple iPod pro for $229 on 11/16/19. The company submitted to my *** account but I have not gotten any tracking number. *** has attempted to contact them as well and I have not heard back. I think the company is a fraud. There's no phone number to contact them on the email. I've made a few attempts to email them and no response yet.
