I would not recommend the companyDue to manager would not let me test drive the truck until I sign over the insurance papers to him when I had oh serious amount of problems with suspension with the accident that I had Also thought Manager thoughtit was very funny all time when I asked him that I wanted to test drive it before turning over the insurance papers and said no I told him that I didn' think it was funny about my issue and every time I asked him he kept on smiling not very concerned about my issuesThe Manager gave me my truck with no gas when I had over quarter tank of gas when I turned it in I would not recommend anybody to go

I would absolutely recommend Airport Auto Rebuilders, Inc to anyone who needs body work done to their vehicle wether it be for accident repairs or customization workThe service and customer service here is top notchMike, Eric and their team make it their mission to exceed the expectations of every customer that walks through their door Getting into an accident is a very frustrating, time consuming and annoying experience, especially when you're not at faultThis was my first accident and I was nervous going with a body shop recommended by the insurance company, I have always heard horror stories of how long repairs might take, customers being left in the dark on what's happening and repairs not meeting customer satisfactionAirport Auto Rebuilders, Inc made this experience beyond comfortable and I received my car back (only months old) good as newFrom the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up I received multiple notifications on exactly where they were with the repairs and I was actually able to pick up my vehicle two days earlier than the original date set for pick upWhat really blew me away was the level of customer serviceThere was a mix up at the rental company providing me with a vehicle while the repairs were taking place and the rental coverage was pulled half way through the repairsThe rental company had no explanation and said I was responsible for covering the rentalThe insurance company also had no explanation and said I was responsible for covering the rentalIt was not something I wanted to hear because I had already had the vehicle for a week 'n' a half and needed it for another week while repairs were being doneI called Eric who i'd been dealing with at Airport Auto Rebuilders, Inc and explained the situationHe said "there's no way this can be correct, don't worry about it I will take care of it." He spent a whole day back and forth on the phone with the insurance company and the rental company and found out that there was just some confusion between the insurance company and rental company about another vehicle involved in the accident who's rental coverage was being pulledI can't express enough how much I appreciate him taking care of the situation for meAirport Auto Rebuilders, Inc went above and beyond in every aspect of their business to ensure that my experience was comfortable and satisfactory
