Revdex.com: Business accepted offer to arbitrate over the phone(ARG)

Tell us why here...While doing other repairs we noticed a leak from the bypass hose and hose under power steering pumpContacted customer got ok to replace hoses. Customer stated he had had an ongoing low water problem and had to add water. Cooling system was very rusty probably due to
low antifreeze levelAfter repairs were completed the vehicle was extensively road tested no other leaks were evident at that time. Customer picked up vehicle and called about two weeks later saying he was in Redding and the motor was overheating and he thought there was a problem with the way it was refilledIt was explained to him that that was not the case and he should bring it back to see what the problem wasHe at that point did not see a leak as he did not say it was leaking. Sometime later he did bring it back so we could see what the problem was and it had blown another hose that was a bad enough leak to make the vehicle undrivableI had a hose so I called and left a message on his phone that we could replace the hose and antifreeze and all he would need to pay was the labor $as he had indicated he was low on funds at the time. He returned to pick up the vehicle and said he would fix it himself
