The city came out to inspect the fence and it did not pass codeWe would also like them to come out to correct all issues and bring it all to city code

Some one returned today for repair but the building inspector failed it a second timeA note from [redacted] was left in our door demanding $within hours

Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (2000, 7, 2015/08/04) */ My son just text me at 830p today 8/3/and said [redacted] from airport fencing finally came out after he told my son that he was coming this past friday 7/31/@ 5pmHe didn't show nor called, my son call the next day he didn't answer, so my son call him today he answer said he will be out today 8/3/He did, my son said he happen to look out the window and took the man to be ***Now [redacted] told him a fuse have blew out for from the receiverI ask my son did he leave the warranties or something on the payment plan which he did notAs I said before I think the modem or receiver is defectedI will closed case for now but my gate goes out every other month and only had this gate for 4mosIm sure you will here from me again in a couple monthsThank you

We did not have a contract with Mr [redacted] that I know of but Mr [redacted] was refunded last Monday in cash and he signed for it The salesman in question is no longer with the company

After making this complaint Mr*** finally came out to finish installation on our fence but we now have a mismatching fenceThe original wood was light in color that we could stain our selfHe has now put up red oak stained fenceThis is not what we asked him to buyHe has also left a
trailer in front of my drivewayWe cannot come and go as we please because he did not come with the generator he claimed to have and is running extension cords out of our home

I apologize for any delay that may have occurred. However, I am not sure about what the customer is referring to about the paperwork. I think this is a matter of miscommunication and I will work on relaying information to her. I have filed the paperwork with City Hall for the
permit. Going forward, I will make sure that we install the fence in a timely manner and check with customer that she is satisfied with our work

This consumer bought product from us and disappeared for monthsWe called and called and he wouldn't return our callsThen he called claiming I ripped him offI explained the above issue, we installed his fence, and he was happy with the
jobThe consumer did get the money back for the slabs
