I talked to Mrs [redacted] Monday morning after getting phone call informing me of complaint She stated that she had called Revdex.com and informed you that she wanted to cancel the complaint due to resolution She is on vacation currently and will not be able to call again until she returns Her and I had talked about the concerns she had about the communication and service provided We came to an agreement to refund the office visit charge That has been completed Thanks, [redacted] DVMAirport Freeway Animal Emergency Hospital
