Dear Revdex.com team,Customer was refunded on th right away when we spoke to him and customer was asked to call us if he did not received it, we work with *** as merchant services for charging and refundingCustomer never called back again. What the complaint is about then, we
corrected the mistake.In our understanding that complaint was filed with no reason. We have a high volume of customersand some times we do mistakes, but *** always corrects them.And by the way we are not a motel, as customer saysWe have a right to charge customers at the moment of booking, not week prior to arrival.Thank you for understanding.
