Review: I just wanted to bring your attention to this specific problem. On 9/14/2013 around 11:38 AM I called the "Airport Limousine" Service to book a car for the next morning 9/15/2013 at 8:00 AM. I was speaking with [redacted] when he asked me for my credit card information, and I responded that I was going to pay cash and pay when the driver picked us up the next morning. [redacted] proceeded to tell me that they just needed my credit card number to hold my reservation but I can pay the driver cash for the ride. I book the transportation, and we get to the airport and back to Houston. I look at my debit card statement Tuesday 9/17/2013 and saw 2 charges of $61.00 pending. Finally, one of the $61.00 charges is no longer pending but finally charged to my debit card. I called the "Airport Limousine" service on 9/19/2013 at 7:21 AM to talk to [redacted] about the charge; she told me she would look into and gives me a call back. She did not call me back. I called them back on 9/20/2013 at 8:33 AM and they said that they would call me back, which I received a call at 9:21 AM and they said they would talk with the driver and call me back. [redacted] (on the same call at 9:21 AM) then proceeded to tell me that the driver said that I never gave her cash. This is hard to believe as I have a witness. Finally, we got off the phone and I had to call back around 1:35 PM on 9/20/2013 and [redacted] said that the "Airport Limousine" service would reverse the charge to my debit card and I said alright. Monday 9/23/2013 and I check my bank statement all day to maybe give it a day or two to clear. Tuesday comes 9/24/2013 and the charge is still on my card. I call again at 8:20AM and talked with [redacted] and she says that [redacted] will be in an hour and call me. I call back at 10: 49AM and talk with [redacted] and she said that the charge was reversed and I told her that it was not, she then put me on hold. [redacted] answers the phone and then states that they reversed the charge on someone else's card and that they were fixing it. I will give them another day or two to try and fix it and if not I will call my bank and the "Airport Limousine" service AGAIN. I am strongly displeased that this had happened to me and my friend and I think that it is absolutely unacceptable. I will no longer use the "Airport Limousine" service and very likely not use other MSY Louis Armstrong International services as well.Desired Settlement: I just want my $61.00 refunded to my bank account.
