I would like to thank the customer, Taylor [redacted] , for clearing up the scenario in which they attempted to purchase the 20*Honda Fit from Airport Motors of StFrancis on *0* After reviewing the signed WI Motor Vehicle Purchase Contract, I found that the transaction was "Acceptable to You" as a Finance Transaction Please note that the Purchase Contract also did disclose that the vehicle had a "Rebuilt Title" However, since no financing was approved and obtained by the customer the transaction can be cancelledNevertheless, I recommended that the dealership refund any deposit monies paid by the customer without a 5% penalty The customer should contact the dealership to receive the refund The dealership expects that this complaint would be closed with your office and that the customer would cease from any further negative postings on social media or the internetIf you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at [redacted] Ruben B [redacted] , Consultant

As the compliance consultant for the dealership, I am writing to respond to the complaint on their behalf The dealership does dispute which information was provided to the vehicle purchaser at the time of the vehicle test drive and its purchase Nevertheless, the dealership agreed to
let the customer return the vehicle with a 5% penalty being assessed as per the Wisconsin motor vehicle purchase contract Since Wisconsin Law allows this penalty for the cancellation of a motor vehicle purchase contract, we believe the dealership's resolution to this complaint is reasonable. The dealership is required to provide the customer with appropriate copies of the documents related to the purchase, and there was no information as of right now that shows the dealership failed to disclose the history of the vehicle in writing as it was known by them The customer must understand that a dealership is required by law disclose information they receive from a test drive, vehicle inspection and available known documents. At this time, we do not believe there is enough information to show that Airport Motors of StFrancis failed to properly disclose the vehicle to the purchaser. Review: We bought a 2006 Honda pilot yesterday from airport motors. It had 94,000 miles and when we talked to the salesman he said nothing about it having odometer issues. When we were signing the paperwork it said nothing about the odometer having not actual miles. He then went in the back room put all our paperwork in the envelope when we were done signing everything. When I got home to look at the paperwork all of a sudden I see not actual miles witch was not there when I signed my paper work. After doing a Carfax I find out it has 179,000 miles.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money
