Review: I have a Lexus vehicle and it was having these noises coming from my front and rear end near the tires. I took it to Airport Motors to be repaired. The owner said that they would change the brakes, brake pads and belts and there were a few other parts they used. After several days of having my car in the shop, they returned my car to me. As I drove off I noticed the noise was still there. I drove back immediately to tell the owner and his response was that he couldn't find the noise. I asked him to listen when the noise was happening and he denied hearing the noise. I drove unhappy. Several months passed and my husband noticed the noise was getting louder often. I hired a different mechanic to fix the noise and he encouraged me to take my car back to the shop to let them know I was still having the problem and they didn't fix what I paid them to fix. He said an honest mechanic would not have put unnecessary parts on the car, and return my car with the same problem. I returned to the shop and the owner took my car for a test drive while I was in the car and I pointed out when they car would make the noise. It happened several times while he was test driving the car. He denied hearing anything and became angry and said that he would touch my car and I should take it somewhere else. I had my father with me who too pointed out when the noise was taking place. [redacted] denied hearing the noise, got irritated and told us to leave. He was very rude, unprofessional and couldn't care less what I was concerned about. I would like a FULL refund. He put parts on my car that were not needed. He took advantage that I was a female unfamiliar with cars.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a FULL refund on parts and labor considering the labor and parts were unnecessary. I feel I handled this issue the most responsible and un-confrontational way. I attempted to take my vehicle back to the shop. I asked him to inspect and repair what I initially paid him for. The parts the owner put on my car were unnecessary, aftermarket non genuine Lexus parts. Time spent in labor was unnecessary. He took advantage that I am a female who is unfamiliar with car issues.
